Account and data deletion
Request deletion of your RestAscent account.
RestAscent is a sleep-health coaching app by Argonetic. You can request deletion of your RestAscent account and associated app data at any time.
Send your deletion request
Email us from the address linked to your RestAscent account, or include that email address in your message, and ask us to delete your RestAscent account and data.

- 1. Send the request Email hello@argonetic.com with the subject "RestAscent account deletion request".
- 2. Identify your account Include the email address or sign-in method used for RestAscent so we can find the correct account. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or sensitive documents.
- 3. We confirm and process it We may contact you to confirm ownership of the account. After confirmation, we delete or anonymize the account data described below within 30 days.
Data deleted or anonymized
- Account and profile Email, plan details, registration data, authentication links, and account status.
- Sleep and rhythm data Manual sleep traces, imported sleep traces, body-clock profile, wake schedule, rise overrides, Sleep Debt Clock, circadian anchors, and Sleep Score snapshots.
- Coaching and progress data Coaching recommendations, AI coaching history, audio progress, rewards, badges, challenges, streaks, XP, and app progress events.
- Notifications and devices Push notification device records, notification preferences, scheduled reminders, and delivery records tied to the account.
- Support records tied to the account Support notes or operational records that are not needed for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
- Connected app data Links to connected sign-in providers or sleep-data import providers, where those links are controlled by RestAscent.
Request deletion of some data without deleting your account
You can also ask RestAscent to delete specific categories of account data while keeping your account open.
- 1. Email the same deletion address Send your request to hello@argonetic.com with the subject "RestAscent partial data deletion request".
- 2. Tell us what to delete List the data categories you want removed, such as sleep traces, imported sleep data, coaching history, audio progress, rewards history, notification devices, or connected provider links.
- 3. We confirm what can be removed We may ask you to confirm account ownership and clarify the scope. After confirmation, we delete or anonymize eligible data within 30 days while keeping the rest of your RestAscent account active.
Some product features may reset, become less personalized, or need fresh sleep data after partial deletion. We may retain limited records for the legal, security, backup, and anonymized purposes described below.
Data we may keep for a limited time
- Legal, tax, payment, and compliance records If required, transaction records, invoices, consent records, and similar compliance records may be kept for up to 7 years or the period required by law.
- Security and abuse-prevention logs Security logs, audit logs, fraud-prevention records, and deletion-request records may be kept for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required to investigate misuse, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.
- Backups Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before those backups expire through the normal backup lifecycle.
- Aggregated or anonymized data We may keep information that can no longer reasonably identify you, such as aggregate product usage or sleep-health trend statistics.
Deleting your RestAscent account does not delete data held independently by Google, Apple, payment providers, or health-data platforms. You may need to manage those records directly with the relevant provider.
